Agreement to Terms of Use

  • Shangri-La Rasa Sayang has limited delivery areas within 10km radius. If your address is not found to be within our delivery area, please Contact Us +60 19 409 0460 or 60 4 8888 788.
  • To order online, registered customers must first log in by keying in their email address and password.
  • Mode of payment is strictly by Credit/Debit Card only.
  • The 60-minute Delivery Commitment starts from the time our service crew call you and/or verifies your order. Or, a free hot/cold beverage of your choice will be offered of your next order.
  • The final call for orders will be at 7:30 pm and last pick-up time for the day is at 8:00 pm.
  • Individuals below 18 years of age are not permitted to place online orders.
  • Kindly inform on any allergies or special dietary requirements.
  • Not valid with any membership, credit card and promotional programs, benefits and discounts.
  • Prices are inclusive of 0% Goods & Service Tax.

    Within 5km – Free
    Between 5-10km – RM8
    Between 10-15 km - RM 12
    Between 15-20 km - RM 16
    Between 20-25 km - RM 20
    Between 25-30 km - RM 22

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Preparation of your order will begin immediately after your order has been confirmed for same-day order.
  • Any amendment or cancellation of order must be notified at least one (01) hour prior to the scheduled self-pickup/delivery time at your discretion. Please call +60 19 409 0460 or +60 4 8888 788 to find out if your order is eligible for amendment/cancellation. 100% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by one (01) hour before your scheduled self-pickup or delivery time.
  • Should there be any ordered items(s) which are not available, the hotel shall contact the customer to offer alternatives. Customer can choose to either:
    1. Accept alternative item suggested by hotel,
    2. Cancelling item(s) that is/are not available and receive a partial refund or
    3. Cancelling the order and receive a full refund

Self-Pick Up

Order Pick-up
  • Where available, you will have the option of collecting your order in person directly from the vendor's premises ("pick-up") instead of having the order delivered to You. Your email confirmation will indicate the time for you to pick-up the order ("collection time"). The vendor will prepare the order by the specified collection time. In some cases, a reasonable delay may be expected. The vendor agrees to hold the order for you at the vendor's premises for no more than a reasonable period of twenty (20) minutes from the collection time ("holding time") and shall not be obliged to provide the order to you if you fail to pick-up your order within the holding time.
  • In the event of unreasonable delays in pick-up attributable to you, you bear the risk of any damage or loss of goods or any deterioration in quality or change in the condition of the goods (e.g. changes in the temperature fit for consumption). In this case, you shall not be entitled to a replacement, refund or replacement of the goods. You alone are responsible for inspecting the goods/order when you pick-up your order and shall report any issues and/or defects to the vendor before leaving the vendor's premises.
